FAQ

Q: I want to have my bathroom renovated - What is the process?

A: simply fill out our contact page - or just call us (905) 426-1714. We will arrange for an in-home appointment where we will take floor plans and measurements etc., inspect the site condition as to plumbing/electrical, wall and floor conditions etc, and then invite you to our showroom. Upon your arrival, we will have a design and layout of your bathroom and we will then aid you in choosing all your product and color selections for your project. At the end of this process, you will have a complete price for your project inclusive of product, materials and labor etc.

Q: Do you charge for your estimates

 Q: Do you have Insurance:

A: Yes - we have a minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance as well as all our crews are covered by WSIB so there is no risk on your part.

 Q: Do you have Showroom?

A: Yes - we have a small showroom with full bathroom displays and vendor samples making the product selection process simple.

Q: I have my own contractor - can I purchase product from you?

A: No - we only sell and supply fixtures and products for those renovations clients that hire Superior Bath for their projects.

Q: What is your Warranty?

A: We offer a full no-nonsense 2 year installation Warranty on all renovations.

Q: Do you install those plastic tub surrounds that go right over the top of a bathtub and tile?

 A: Never - Nuff said.

Q: I've gotten 3 different quotes on my bathroom - Is there a reason why all the prices seem to be so far apart?

A : Unfortunately you cannot buy a bathroom renovation off a shelf as you would a box of cornflakes thus making the process somewhat difficult. Everyone quotes their projects in different manners depending on what is included in the quote. Some will quote extremely low to get the job only to add on the extras as the job progresses. At Superior Bath we believe in quoting a complete finished renovation. Your quotes should include all the products and fixtures that are being installed, all the building materials, plumbing and electrical supplies that are required, all the labor, new interior door and window casing, floor tiled baseboard, room and ceiling patched, primed and painted, complete accessories such as paper holders and towel bars, all the garbage removal, clean-up and taxes.
